First I made a call sheet including all of the information the group shooting would need (we split into a shooting group and editing group to maintain time scheduling and organisation). I included the crew, actors, shooting schedule, requirements, equipment, props, costume etc.

I then filled out a health and safety table, which was incredibly important in the wet, cold conditions the crew were working in.I included any possible dangers the crew or actor could come up against in the circumstances and how the group could minimise the risks as much as possible.
I also filled out a recce checklist for our re shoot setting. The information included things to take, such as props, equipment, costume etc., people that we may have to talk to, camera/ lighting, sound issues or possibilities, director's notes etc.
This use of a production booklet, again helped the group with organisation, time management and preparation on the day of the shoot. It meant that no equipment, props or anything needed was forgotten, everything was done quicker and more efficiently and the shots and clips we needed were better quality and more precise to the original idea.
