One of our first ideas for an effect was to put a dimming/ sepia tone onto the image of the video. We felt this would fit well with the genre of music and also the mood and lyrics of the song.

We have come up with the idea of using a split screen to contrast some of the characters good and bad memories of the relationship.

that in post-production we can make enough cuts and transitions to keep the
visuals interesting.
