Schedule

We have used our lesson time to discuss what times will be best for us to film.
We are all free to film on Wednesday 17th October. However, as this is a school day we all have different time tables which has caused a few issues.
We have discussed amongst ourselves and with the actors which lessons we have got during this day and which times will be best to film.
Scarlett, Chloe, Martha and Andrea are free to film throughout the whole day.
However, Elena has got a lesson during first period (9:00-10:30am) and James has got a lesson during second period (10:50- 12:20pm).
As we are filming in the centre of Cambridge which takes 15 minutes to travel to via shuttle bus, Elena should arrive at approximately 10:45-11:00am and James at 12:45-1pm depending on the shuttle times. If a shuttle bus is not available at these times, buses are accessible from the top of long road which take roughly the same amount of time to get into town.
As for our footage we will mainly need Scarlett, we can use the morning to film coverage of her performance. We can then use the afternoon/evening to shoot coverage of the couple and the footage of cambridge.
